  • Our white light up letters are 4ft high and 2ft wide.
  • For MARRY ME letters you will need 16-18ft of floor space in width.
  • Choose from bright white or warm white bulbs. Coloured bulbs are available on request.
  • The letters require mains power.
  • They are setup and collected by us at a time to suit you and your venue.
  • Please inform your venue you are hiring us so they can confirm step-free loading access and mains power.
  • We cannot setup in public spaces such as parks without prior approval from the council/owner, and mains power would need to be available.
  • All our light up letters are PAT tested and we hold Public Liability Insurance up to £10mil.
  • When hired to a home address, or where we are staying on site during the proposal, the letters can be used outside on level patio (not grass) but you will need an indoors wet weather plan as backup.

You have the letters/numbers for the whole day and night, we can collect either the same night or the following day. However we know that sometimes our customers would like them setup the day before, subject to availability/location restrictions we do not have a problem with delivering them a day before your hire date. We can offer extended hire periods for an additional fee.

For home events our 4ft white or rustic styles can be setup on level patio (not grass) but must be brought inside overnight and in bad weather.

Our 4ft white letters/numbers are low powered connected together then to a power supply. We require access to at least one regular power socket, we provide extension leads. All our letters use low watt LED bulbs in plastic casings.

Our white light up letters are made from sustainably sourced MDF and 18mm plywood.

Yes as well as the regular warm white we also offer cool white, and a selection of coloured bulbs for a small additional cost. You can mention this on the Request a Quote form.

Our letters usually take only 10-15mins to setup, depending on how easy it is for us to access your venue. For corporate work setup can be longer.

Please provide us with details of any access issues on your enquiry form. If there is no alternate access such as a loading bay with lift/ramp then often it can mean we need to charge for a second person to attend.

For older buildings not all our products may fit if stairs are particularly tight so having measurements and photos is always useful.

Our costs are calculated on mileage so please enquire with your venue postcode for an accurate quote. This will be inclusive of delivery, setup, hire and collection and any additional charges such as ULEZ, Congestion Charge, Dart Charge or parking costs that may be applicable.

Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance up to £10million and PAT certificates for all our electric equipment. We can provide certificates on request.

Bank Transfer payment please. We ask for a deposit of a third to book with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your event. If you are a corporate client and unable to do a bank transfer please contact us.
