We can provide our huge light up numbers for indoor parties at your home, or at a hall or venue.

We offer a range of event decor hire so you can combine our light up numbers with other items such as one of our Sequin Walls or Flower Walls to create a stunning party backdrop and selfie area.

  • These 5ft3 white LED numbers come with neutral-warm white bulbs as standard, cool white or coloured bulbs are available on request.
  • They are setup and collected by us at a time to suit you and your venue.
  • All our light up numbers are PAT tested and we hold Public Liability Insurance up to £10mil.
  • Please note these large light up numbers are not suitable for outdoor events unless under a professionally setup marquee with covered top, sides and flooring.

Add Balloons to our Light Up Numbers

We’ve teamed up with local Hertfordshire and London balloon artists and can now suggest one of our recommended balloon suppliers to create balloon displays with our light up letters, numbers and other hire items.

From a small balloon arch to a full balloon wall, our preferred suppliers are familiar working around our props to create a fabulous display for your party.

Our light up letters and numbers can also be customised with coloured bulbs to match the balloons, this looks great for themed celebrations or children’s birthdays.

You have the letters/numbers for the whole day and night, we can collect either the same night or the following day. However we know that sometimes our customers would like them setup the day before, subject to availability/location restrictions we do not have a problem with delivering them a day before your hire date. We can offer extended hire periods for an additional fee.

For our 5ft3 white letters/numbers unless they are fully undercover e.g in a marquee or tipi, we cannot allow them to be placed outside. Marquee and tipis must be professionally setup and have a solid floor and covered sides. We cannot hire for use in gazebo or stretch tents.

Our largest style of letter/numbers are intentionally heavy so that they will withstand any knocks. Please inform us if your venue has any access issues such as stairs or steps.

Our 5ft3 white letters/numbers are mains powered. We require access to at least one regular power socket, we provide extension leads. All our letters use low watt LED bulbs in plastic casings.

Our white light up letters are made from sustainably sourced MDF and 18mm plywood.

Yes as well as the regular warm white we also offer cool white, and a selection of coloured bulbs for a small additional cost. You can mention this on the Request a Quote form.

Our letters usually take only 10-15mins to setup, depending on how easy it is for us to access your venue. For corporate work setup can be longer.

Please provide us with details of any access issues on your enquiry form. If there is no alternate access such as a loading bay with lift/ramp then often it can mean we need to charge for a second person to attend.

For older buildings not all our products may fit if stairs are particularly tight so having measurements and photos is always useful.

Our costs are calculated on mileage so please enquire with your venue postcode for an accurate quote. This will be inclusive of delivery, setup, hire and collection and any additional charges such as ULEZ, Congestion Charge, Dart Charge or parking costs that may be applicable.

Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance up to £10million and PAT certificates for all our electric equipment. We can provide certificates on request.

Bank Transfer payment please. We ask for a deposit of a third to book with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your event. If you are a corporate client and unable to do a bank transfer please contact us.
